When We Meet Cohorts gather via Teams every Monday & Thursday at 6PM for guided sessions that blend teaching, reflection, and real-life application. Why It Matters Women thrive when they have space to learn, heal, and grow in Christ. The Blossom Effect equips participants with tools, relationships, and encouragement that strengthen families and communities. Leadership Residency Program The Leadership Residency Program is HLI’s flagship development experience equipping emerging nonprofit leaders with spiritual grounding, core leadership skills, and hands-on practice to lead with excellence and impact. Who It Serves Aspiring and early‑career nonprofit leaders seeking structured training, mentorship, and community as they grow their capacity to serve families and communities. When We Meet Residents will meet twice a month for workshops, coaching, and applied learning experiences throughout the program year beginning in August 2026. Why It Matters Strong leaders build strong organizations. The LRP addresses leadership gaps in under‑resourced communities by preparing principled, skilled leaders who can create lasting change.
